Production Package Included

Pre-Production

• Pre-production call/visit to discuss objectives and creative direction
• Assistance with planning and storyboarding
• Location recce (on the day or prior visit if arranged)

Production Day

• Director/videographer on location for up to 5 hours
• 4K Cameras, professional video lighting equipment
• Tripods, slider, gimbal stabilisation for smooth motion shots
• Aerial drone footage

Post-Production

• Professional editing with narrative flow and pacing
• Colour grading for cinematic look
• Branding inclusion (logo, colours, fonts)
• Simple motion graphics and titles
• Licensed music
• Basic sound design, audio mixing and mastering
• Two rounds of revisions included

Deliverables

• Final video (2-3 minutes) in multiple aspect ratios:
  • 16:9 (landscape – YouTube, website, Linkedin, Presentations)
  • 9:16 (vertical – Instagram Reels and Stories, TikTok)
  • 4:5 (portrait – Instagram and Facebook Ads)
• Optimised files for multiple platform use
• Delivery timeframe: 2–4 weeks from shoot date
