Extra Rounds: Additional rounds will be charged at +10% of the total project fee per round.
Unlimited Edits per Round: Each round can include as many changes as you wish.
Sequential Process: Please wait for the first round of revisions to be completed before submitting further changes.
Use the following format for each change you’d like:

Please be as specific and detailed as possible. Vague notes like “feels off” delay the process and lead to miscommunication.
Note: Changing the music track is a major revision, as it often requires re-cutting to a new beat, re-syncing visuals, transitions, and adjusting audio/VO timing. This may delay final delivery. For this reason, any new track must be approved before editing begins. Please note that commercial music cannot be used due to copyright restrictions and you can choose from our licensed music library.
